    The final pre-order has been purchased. Everything available for pre-order sale is inbound now and will remain on sale until the shipment gets to us.
    The international shipping process can take a few weeks to a month or two depending on many factors. A final date is impossible to set. 
    Shipping updates will be sent out via our email list as the sale progresses to give updates on estimated arrival times.
    All of the following terms still apply.

  • Orders are placed every 2 months.
    • Should we get enough pre-orders before the order date, we may place the order early. We will send a notification email 5 days prior to an early purchase, to allow time for cancellation.
      • Example: Original order date 12/30/2020 | New early order date 12/10/2020 email will be sent 12/5/2020 | You may cancel until 12/9/2020 at 11:59pm
  • To claim your money back, send an email to support@icedteapitcher.com Subject line: Pre-order refund. 
    • Please include your order number and the name of the purchaser (It will appear in this format #11201, #14683, #11045, etc
    • State which products in the order you would like to cancel or if you would like to cancel the entire order.
    • If the email is received by 11:59pm 1 day prior to the order date, your money will be refunded.
      • Example: Order date 12/30/2020 | Email must be sent by 12/29/2020 at 11:59pm | Sales are final 12/30/2020 at 12:00am.
  • Your cancellation will not be processed immediately upon receipt of the cancellation message. This may take 3-10 days for us and the bank to process. 

  • $20 flat rate shipping will be applied at checkout.

  • Product delivery is guaranteed, we will send you a replacement or a refund should the product be damaged during the shipping process between us and you.
    • If any of your products arrive damaged, email support@icedteapitcher.com with your order# and a photograph of the damaged product. A return is not required. You may do with the damaged product as you see fit after the photograph is taken. 
    • You may request a replacement product or a refund for the product. Please advise in your chat or email which you choose.
